Cancellation Policy

To ensure smooth scheduling and availability, all body scan appointments must be secured at least 7 days in advance. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to avoid a $10 cancellation fee. You’re welcome to reschedule your session any time before the 24-hour window with no additional charges. If you’re hoping to book a session within 7 days of the scheduled date, please reach out to us directly — we’ll do our best to accommodate you manually.
