We’re committed to providing a personalised experience for every member, no matter your membership level. Our classes are intentionally kept small to ensure you receive focused attention from your coach.
To support your progress, there is dedicated time at the end of each class for you to record your achievements on a tracking sheet. This tool helps you monitor your development, identify areas for growth, and adjust your intensity to continually challenge yourself.

Our classes follow a structured 6-week training block, each designed around a compound lift. These blocks are carefully programmed to build strength and skill in the featured movement, with each class incorporating complementary exercises to support your progress.
Summit and Strength feature advanced variations of the lift, while PXS and Elevate emphasise supporting exercises to enhance your overall performance. FLOW and Stretch & Mobility classes focus on releasing tight muscles and improving joint mobility, ensuring your body stays balanced and ready for growth. At the end of each 6-week block, you’ll have the chance to test your progress during Happy Hour.

PLAY is an opportunity for you to commit to learning a skill that’s transferable to your everyday life. It’s a chance to step into a leadership role, building confidence and enhancing your abilities. It also allows you to embrace a skill you’re passionate about, sharing that enthusiasm with others and inspiring them along the way.
The success of PLAY is built on everyone’s commitment and involvement. It offers the flexibility of independent sessions while also bringing everyone together as a crew to hype each other up and support each other’s journeys. While we’ve structured and programmed some aspects of the block, the best part is that you get a huge say in how it’s run. This is your chance to shape the experience and make it your own.

Social events
Monthly social events are a fun, relaxed way to connect with other members outside of the gym—totally optional and never intimidating. Whether it’s a casual dinner or a laid-back outdoor activity, these events are a great way to unwind, get to know like-minded women, and enjoy a little extra connection outside of class.
Every six weeks, you’re invited to Happy Hour! A special event held on a Saturday from 11am to 2pm, exclusively for Level 2 and 3 members.
Happy Hour is a time to reflect, connect and celebrate with other members while and enjoying a variety of non-alcoholic drinks and nibbles. Reflect on your progress, refine your technique with your coach, and set achievable goals for the next block. It’s also an opportunity to reset and adjust your routine if you’re feeling lost or need a boost. Our first Happy Hour will take place on Saturday, February 15th, 2025.
Happy hour


Body scans are an essential tool included in our PT package, offering detailed insights into your body composition, such as muscle growth, water retention, and overall body balance . They’re a fantastic way to demonstrate the results of your hard work, celebrate milestones, and stay on track with your fitness journey.
Members without the PT package will have the opportunity to book for a scan as well (at an additional cost). The body scan machine will be available every 2nd Happy Hour.

Personal Training is all about giving you the tools and confidence to succeed on your own terms. Work closely with a coach towards your goals, address injuries, or gain guidance to feel more independent in your movement routine.
PT can be added onto any membership. You’ll get 1:1 coaching tailored to your needs, open gym access to practice what you’ve learned, and the knowledge to understand how to reach your goals. It’s more than just a workout—it’s a chance to feel strong, capable, and fully equipped to take charge of your fitness journey.
